The property has good potential and some appealing features; however, our overall experience was mixed due to several maintenance and upkeep concerns. We encountered issues with a clogged kitchen sink, a very noisy AC unit in the main bedroom—which ultimately required us to relocate to another room in order to sleep comfortably—and a door that did not properly secure. Additionally, the outdoor trash area was not adequately managed, which led to disturbances overnight. The furniture, particularly around the pool area, could also benefit from an upgrade. That said, the host was responsive and communicative throughout our stay, which we appreciated. We also valued the level of privacy the property offered, which made the stay more enjoyable. Given the level of the property, we believe expectations around maintenance, comfort, and overall presentation should be higher. With improved attention to detail, this home could provide a much more seamless and elevated experience. We would certainl
