They didn’t give my info to security so I could check in despite me giving it to them prior. Then they approved me for the wrong apt. I asked if they fixed the broken bed others left reviews about and they said they did! They did not. The couch is broken so the back doesn’t sit upright enough to sit on nor fold flat for sleeping on. My husband had to sleep on the broken couch because we both kept rolling to the center of the broken bed. There were no toiletries although the description said there would be. I mentioned it to them and they brought one bar of soap and one bottle of shampoo - for 2 bathrooms…no hand soap for the sinks. There were no dish towels to dry the dishes on or with. I pulled out a plate that was dirty, a dirty coffee cup and the cutting board still had food on it. The sheets, blankets and towels all were stained as well. The location was good. I think it’s pretty bad that I asked about the broken bed and they straight up lied and said it was fixed.
