The condo was really nice and the balcony was very private with a beautiful beach view. UV screen for afternoon sun. Black sand beach and warm ocean. Pool and lots of chairs. Beach towels and sun tent provided in unit. The main bed very comfortable- great to have the washer/dryer in unit. Unfortunately, the power and Internet frequently went out. Acomodo was wonderful - Dwan Marie and Viviana were very helpful and responsive. They arranged rides and found medical services when needed. Great Drs. (We have tender stomachs and got sick while there.) We drank only bottled water. Walk to mini-market. No meat or frozen food but essentials- Super99, butcher & pharmacy 10 min cab ride away. $25 return with tip. Locals were very nice and helpful, but speak very little English for the most part. We used a translation app- no problem! Nicos Beach & Coko Blue very close and enjoyable. Live music every Saturday at 2pm at Nicos and no charge for lounge chairs and hut if buying drinks/food. Thx!
